Welcome to Health!
Welcome to Health! Students will not only learn about the importance of physical health, but also the importance of social and mental/emotional health. Students will learn about good hygiene, exercise, healthy sleeping habits, nutrition, and building strong relationships with peers, teachers and family members. They will learn about the importance of making good decisions in middle school, high school and throughout their lifetime. Students will also be spending some time exercising to help them relieve stress, gain confidence and improve their concentration throughout the rest of their school day.
